TRANSFORMING SUBCONSCIOUS BLOCKS INTO A SUSTAINABLE ACTION PLAN

Silvia brings over two decades of experience in the humanitarian sector, specializing in empowering individuals through transformative coaching services. Her expertise lies in equipping businesswomen—CEOs, founders, and executive leaders—with the tools and strategies needed to enhance their professional relationships and drive business success.

Silvia’s approach is centered on helping her clients refine their vision and mission while addressing and overcoming subconscious barriers that perpetuate negative feedback loops. She employs a unique transformational method that integrates the four pillars: mental, spiritual, energetic, and physical. By aligning these pillars, Silvia guides clients through a process of profound personal and professional development.

In the complex landscape of business, improving relationships with clients, mentors, middle management, and team members is crucial for sustainable success. Silvia’s coaching not only enhances these interactions but also optimizes business operations by fostering clearer communication, stronger collaboration, and more effective leadership.

A key aspect of Silvia’s methodology involves addressing the six inner child wounds—abandonment, rejection, betrayal, injustice, humiliation, and scarcity—that often influence decision-making, behavior, and performance. These wounds can manifest as limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns, impacting how business leaders engage with others and manage their operations.

Utilizing techniques rooted in neuroscience, metaphysics, and spirituality, Silvia helps clients develop new inner strategies that foster growth and overcome these deep-seated wounds. By healing these inner wounds, clients gain greater self-awareness, improve their interpersonal relationships, and enhance their overall effectiveness in business.

Through her coaching, Silvia empowers clients to break free from limiting patterns, achieve clarity, and unlock their full potential, ultimately leading to more fulfilling and successful business ventures.

The Four Pillars of Well-Being and Creation

I align and transform the four pillars you use to create your experiences using exercises and techniques based on neuroscience, metaphysics, and spirituality.

The Temple Pillar

addresses the physical body as a vessel for our well-being. When our body is blocked, it affects our overall vitality.
Examples of Body Blocks:

  1. Trauma stored in the body, leading to chronic pain or tension.
  2. Poor self-image or body-related identity issues.
  3. Physical manifestations of unresolved emotional stress, such as fatigue or headaches.

The Mental Pillar

involves our thoughts, beliefs, and mindset. Mental blocks can prevent clear thinking and create limiting thought patterns which then drive our behavior.
Examples of Mental Blocks:

  1. Repetitive negative thoughts that limit self-confidence.
  2. Subconscious beliefs formed in childhood that hinder progress.
  3. Unhealed inner child wounds that influence current decision-making and behavior.

The Energy Pillar

focuses on the flow and alignment of energy within us. When blocked, it can prevent us from feeling balanced or motivated.
Examples of Energy Blocks:

  1. Unresolved trauma that disrupts energy flow.
  2. Ancestral memory influencing emotional and energetic patterns.
  3. Hidden beliefs creating internal resistance.

The Spiritual Pillar

reflects our connection to ourselves, and something greater than ourselves, whether through faith, purpose, or intuition. Spiritual blocks limit this connection.
Examples of Spiritual Blocks:

  1. Lack of clarity and connection with our  personal identity.
  2. Intergenerational trauma disrupting our sense of purpose.
  3. Perceptions of unworthiness that block spiritual growth.

These pillars together impact our ability to thrive, and addressing the blocks in each helps unlock our potential for success.

The Six Inner Child Wounds

The wounds we have drive our belief systems, our thoughts, how we make decisions, our behavior, our performance, our productivity, how we present ourselves, and what we believe we can achieve.

Rejection

The wound of rejection makes us feel unwanted or excluded. It often leads to fears of not being good enough or worthy, driving us to avoid vulnerability and connection.

Betrayal

This wound stems from broken trust, creating issues around trust and control. It often leads to difficulty relying on others, fear of vulnerability, or overcompensating by being overly controlling.

Humiliation

The humiliation wound is rooted in feelings of shame or embarrassment. It causes self-esteem issues, fear of judgment, and sometimes leads to self-sabotage or hiding one’s true self.

Injustice

This wound occurs when fairness or validation is denied. It fosters perfectionism, rigid expectations, and difficulty handling criticism or accepting mistakes.

Scarcity

Rooted in disconnection with our identity and a fear of not having enough (love, resources, attention), this wound creates feelings of lack. It often leads to overcompensating, hoarding, or a constant fear of loss.

Abandonment

The abandonment wound stems from being emotionally or physically left behind. It drives fear of loneliness, rejection, and creates attachment issues, leading to dependency or isolation.

The wounds we carry deeply shape our beliefs, thoughts, decisions, behaviors, performance, and how we view ourselves. By healing them, we can achieve our desired results and create the life and reality we desire.
